Skin anaesthesia, paraethesia, polyneuopathy

Open wounds

Pregnancy

Cardiac or respiratory involvement

Chronic venous insufficiency and post-thrombotic conditions

Untreated haemorrhagic disorders

History of paradoxial adipose hyperplasia
