RLS BODYWORK & CRYOTHERAPY

I am Rachel and the owner of RLS Bodywork & Cryotherapy. I am a trained cryotherapist, qualified equine sports massage therapist registered IAAMB and fully insured. I have a passion for performance and well-being in people and horses. I am a keen horse rider with three horses aged 25, 15 and 6 which has given me a full understanding of a horses needs across all ages and stages of their career and life. With suffering from scoliosis and other riding injuries I understand how aches and pain can hinder sports performance as how debilitating daily aches, pains and injuries can be performing day to day activities, which is why I have chosen a career to aid people and horses reach their peak performance potential or live a more comfortable life style. In addition to horse riding I also love rugby, golf and Formula 1 and in my spare time I also love to travel the world and live by the philosophy that your well-being is the key to happiness.
